    1. Introduction

    EO / IR tracking system is a comprehensive device which uses photodetectors as sensing elements to form photoelectric, mechanical, control and signal processing units. It uses electronic mechanical control to stabilize the aiming axis and realize the functions of target acquisition, tracking, aiming and stabilization.

     

     

    JH640-100 system is a part of on-board fire control system, which can keep stable aiming and pointing even when vehicle attitude changes or is in impact state. It is equipped with high-resolution thermal imager, TV and laser rangefinder (LRF) for day and night target search, recognition, tracking and ranging, and provides real-time target angle, distance and video. The jh640-100 system can not only be used independently, but also receive the slave command from the fire control system, cooperate with various artillery and missile launch systems to attack ground and air targets.

    2.2 Product Features

    • High precision optical system includes fixed IR lens, optical continuous zoom TV and LRF, together with intelligent zoom control system, make sure clear image and stable optical axis within the 8mm~125mm focus length.
    • Built-in high integrated FPGA processor with fast processing and intelligent algorithm realizes real-time tracking; tracking algorithm provides relative tracking and centroid tracking algorithm for customer option according to the target characteristics under different fields so that realize high quality tracking.
    • Two axis stabilized platform combining with high precision gyro and servo control system, ensures system have good stability and high precision tracking performance.
    • Military-class components with high reliability enables long life under severe environment.
